Had wanted to visit here for a long time. Finally got there and it’s definitely a gem in that crazy shopping center but we sat at the end of the bar right where everything is HAPPENING. Not good. Servers eating, flirting with each other and very distracting. Can’t enjoy your company or food with all that going on. I think any other part of the bar looked better and the food coming out looked good. Only had an appetizer and that was good ! Need more professionalism in that back area. I will come back to eat and try the food !
I am so mad we waited so long to try this place out. The service was the BEST. Drinks came quick. 3 of us got the special for lunch which was a Southwest Cheesesteak and it tasted like Heaven on a roll. It was unique and just overall amazing. Very generous portion too. My boyfriend got the Bison Burger and he said it was awesome! We are already planning our next trip here. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

We were here for a roller derby tournament and wanted a quick lunch. it doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is excellent. I was intrigued by unicorn Ruben and it did not disappoint! there is something for everyone on this menu. if I didn't live three hours away, this would be my go to spot!
The cocktails were very good The crab pretzel was excellent The crab cakes were fresh and some of the best I’ve had 10/10 would visit again❤️❤️❤️
Rik’s is not only delicious, but super laid back and always friendly & accommodating. We had a large group reservation today and our server handled our drinks, orders, and checks so smoothly! Thanks for everything!
Thē Best Staff!!! (Not trying to sound corny) but - find me another group with better work ethic! Your night begins the moment you get out of your car... the aroma! Oh my goodness! Once you’re in, whether you’re enjoying the bar, or a table, your service is gonna be awesome! Everything about Rik’s makes ya forget you’re in Hagerstown! Truly!
