I experienced a tremendous waste of time at the shop today. I dedicated the entire day anticipating that they could perform an alignment on my truck, only to be informed hours later that they were unable to complete the service. THIS SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST STOP for automotive services! When I purchased new tires from a tire shop, they provided "recommended" additional work to be done on my vehicle.
