I waited nearly 6 months to get an appointment with Doctor Huelbel I arrived for my appointment to check in and asked the young receptionist if the name change to Bupa Dental which had changed from last time I was there meant anything to me as I am with Medibank. The service is horrible since it became Bupa Dental. Often reschedule appointments, change hygienist without asking customer’s opinion; dentists suggest everyone bite block, however other staff said it is unnecessary.
The service is horrible since it became Bupa Dental. Often reschedule appointments, change hygienist without asking customer’s opinion; suggest everyone bite block which is unnecessary; cancel appointment 3 month ahead when I was travelling overseas.
My teeth were pretty bad. They were super polite and gave good advice. What's really cool is you know how full jaw xrays, etc, are normally done somewhere else. Not these guys. They can do everything right there. It turns a 25-minute visit into a 1.5 hour visit (coz my teeth were so bad), but you get everything sorted in one go. I was really happy with the result. Plus, being a bupa dentist, the whole experience wasn't expensive.
I had a fantastic experience here. The entire team, from the front desk to the dentist, was exceptionally professional and prompt. The clinic was spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I especially appreciated the thorough dental cleaning—it felt great! Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking top-notch dental care.
