I had the pleasure of meeting with Eric for a consultation on having my roof replaced. He showed up in time was very thorough with his inspection, extremely friendly as my 3 year old asked a million questions and he answered every one with a smile on his face. He made the whole process very easy to understand and was very knowledgeable about the product the services and the team behind it all. We had a consultation for our entry door with Darren Losek & couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated, honest and respectful person. He spent a couple of hours going over our needs and offering all the possible options. He went above and beyond to listen and help us choose the right material & hardware. We highly recommend this company and especially Darren. He is honest and sincere with both his company and especially their customers. They have us as their lifelong customers.

We have used RIHI for windows, siding and a new roof. They provide a quality product and great service from the initial visit all the way to final installation. Most recently we have decided to use RIHI for a replacement entry door. The visit to provide us with an estimate went extremely well. No pressure, only great information from a knowledgeable representative. The ProVia line of doors are just what we were looking for and we look forward to the project’s completion.

We had a very good experience with our bathtub remodel by RIHI. The installation went as planned. We were happy with the quality of the bath tub, walls and fixtures we picked out. The staff we dealt with were great to work with and responsive to our questions. They took away all the mess and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitively considering using them again on a future project.
