We contacted several contractors who either never called back, or worse, set up appointments and then didn’t show. Then we saw the RIHI truck at a neighbor’s house. I recently had three exterior doors replaced at my home, and the experience was excellent from the first appointment through the final follow-up. The work and support RIHI provided to my home needs was amazing. We signed the contract and no less then 2 weeks later my house was done. I have a 1500 square ft home and it was done in 2.5 days. I was amazed at the job the crew done and they paid attention to each detail. The crew was respectful and cleaned up after each work day. The RIHI family has gone above and beyond what was needed. Very nice company(family oriented feel). They are very thorough at making sure you are a happy customer… from the first visit to last visit. They do their best to make you feel like you are part of their family. Took care of all my concerns quickly and worked within my schedule. Would use them again in future for other projects.
