My name is Joe DeRobbio, My wife and I had a picture window replacement in the living room of our home in West Warwick. Heather was very knowledgeable and walked us through our options. The installation went smoothly and quickly and they installed it on a day convenient for us. The window is a triple venting unit and one of the sashes was a little hard to move up and down. I had the pleasure of meeting with Eric for a consultation on having my roof replaced. He showed up in time was very thorough with his inspection, extremely friendly as my 3 year old asked a million questions and he answered every one with a smile on his face.
