Great doc. Takes time & explains issues. Listened well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Staff bent over backwards to get me in, and out. Met Dr. Rodriquez at HCA Grant Center Hospital in South Miami along with his counterpart Dr. Sandy Mintz.

Dr. Rodriguez is the most unprofessional physician i have ever met with! He made me feel like a junkie without even hearing my story. He never diagnosed me, he asked me what the other psychiatrist i have seen before diagnosed me with so that he can use that same diagnosis. He made me feel horrible about myself and provided no solution. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone who is looking to get better. He is a disgrace to the medical community. NEEDS TO RETIRE!!!

During the course of my elderly mother's treatment, she self reported her meds were losing efficacy. She later tried to commit suicide. I reported this to him and he showed little concern, refusing an emergency visit to adjust her meds. Later, she went into a manic tailspin. The doctor refused to have a private conversation with me about her dangerous behavior and baited a fight between she and I. HORRIBLE DOCTOR. MEDICARE MILL LEECH. LAZY TREATMENT. UNPROFESSIONAL. There is NOTHING good to say.

I was treated by Dr. Rodriguez at HCA Grant Hospital in Perrine. He was always very nice, dedicated to my care and had excellent bedside manners. His staff was always courteous and friendly and wait times to see him were always short and sweet. He is especially caring around kids and teens with emotional and behavior issues. I would recommend this psychiatrist to anyone who is looking for a doctor who not only cares but takes pride in what he does.
