Be Ware HOA board, Peter Drivas had changed the business from Rightway LA to Platinum Group management, try to cover his embezzlement cases. He had multiple embezzlement cases which can be read & print from Orange County court. We are suffering since he becomes manage our HOA, in short 6 months, all our 100K reserve funds has disappear. Peter Drivas run Rightway La and change name to Platinum Group management because of embezzlement. He has no business license, no insurance and his CACM certificate revoked. He is using La Art Alliance claims non profit organization to transfer HOA money to himself. He is under another lawsuit by Corsican Village HOA of missing funds over 100K only in short period of 4 months and denies to turn in financial records and bank statements.
