0 stars. This person is extremely rude. We have been charged 3 times over the last two years AFTER the original and accurate charge. He will keep your information and continually use it.
these people are horrible! they told us we would have my husbands birth certificate in 7-10 days. it's been months and we got NOTHING! On top of that, they withdrew $50 from our account without our consent just today! no where in their phony terms did they say they would be drawing MORE money than the original $99 dollars that they already helped themselves to for service they never completed. when i called to demand a refund, I got a snooty old man barking at me to give him dates, i asked if he could just pull it up on his ... read more
