Fantastic service and amazing product! After having major surgery, I would be so ahead of my schedule recovery date without their product.
I’m an individual with over 35 years of chronic pain, I tried a normal routine but the excruciating amount of pain was a reminder of everything I was loosing in life. I was introduced to the SAM Ultrasound and my life changed 180°! Do I have pain? Yes, but an amount of pain that let me enjoy life again. For those with muscular chronic pain this is a miracle help.
The ice and compression machine has been incredibly helpful in my recovery from total knee replacement. I credit it for my better than expected recovery time. Thank you for allowing me to use such a great tool.

I started using my SAM device about 19 months ago. At the time I had horrible pains in both my knees so severe it made it difficult to sleep or go on long walks. I continued to use the device 4hours on each leg every other night (I prefer to sleep with it on). Today, I am nearly pain free and can sleep thru the night without any knee pains.
