The Right Coast Medical SAM unit was provided to me after a knee injury causing four months of pain in the 8 (on a 1-10) range plus side effects from limping to my ankle, calf, and hip. The VA had performed several surgeries on both knees and as a near 80-year-old disabled Army Vietnam Veteran my healing process was not what it used to be. I was fortunate to get a T-Rex through the veterans administration hospital in New York. I was having problems with two issues after a total knee replacement. The first problem was the ability to go downstairs easily, and the second centered on the ability to use a bicycle due to flexibility of my left knee. After using the T-Rex for three weeks, I’m now able to both go downstairs and ride a bicycle. I could not have done these things, and complete my recovery, without the T-Rex.

Loved the cold therapy! I have used it on my shoulder and ankle, with lots of great results! Lived and slept on ankle for weeks and enjoyed every minute of it!! Amber amd Mike were such great help, made the experience so easy!

Here’s a polished review at about a 12th-grade level: Adam and Amber are one outstanding team. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful in assisting me with obtaining the SAM device through the VA. Their knowledge of the process and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a complicated experience much easier to navigate.
