RCC did reroofing on our home. We were so impressed with their professional and timely work that we had them build our garage. Rich and Mike answered every question and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied customers. Can't give them enough stars!!! Would be happy to give them reference any time.
We have had multiple windows and two doors installed by RCC. The salesmen are great and the installers go above and beyond.
Nothing but lies. We have been waiting 13 months for our lifetime warranty replacement windows. Which were installed only a year ago in July. We only had our windows two months when the problems started. Nothing but excuses and no follow up what so ever. Talked with Rich over a month ago and at that time he promised we'd have our sashes in 3 weeks. What a joke you are!!! Really wonder how you stay in business. Very dissatisfied customers!!
