We set up an appointment with them through 4 seasons website. The day they were suppose to come, they didn’t show and told me that they never knew about the appointment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. When they initially came, only my wife was home as I had to leave town for a family emergency. After only speaking with my wife for about 30 minutes they scheduled another time to come out when I would be home. That day came and they called to reschedule because they wouldn’t make it on time. The communication between them and the customer is horrible. I had to initiate the call or email each time and wait for a week or more to get a response. We had them start installation on 4 windows in March and they didn't get done until August! They never communicated to me that the window was in but came in broke until well afterward and I started calling too often demanding a response. Nothing but lies from everyone with the company. We hired them to replace all of our windows and we are still waiting for a replacement sash. We spent a lot of money on the windows and 4 of them do not stay open without propping them up with something. It's been almost 3 months since the windows were installed. Very disappointed with the company and the "high quality " windows. If we could go back in time we would definitely hire any other company. There were more issues with this company as well. Our windows are amazing! But I have had the worst experience with customer service from right choice. They are disorganized and have major communication issues. We waited for over 8 weeks for installation with no follow up on status. The day of installation we were supposed to get an overage check and still 8 weeks later haven’t received it. I have called multiple times (at first never getting anyone to answer) and have been told "its in the mail" and "its around the office waiting to be mailed."

I won the $12,000 ugly bathroom contest in Aug. 2019 from Cow97 and Right Choice Construction. I was told by Mike Oldenburg, salesman for RCC, that I shouldn't have won the bathroom and that Cow97 was going to give them $15,000 in advertisement in exchange for their mistake. I have copies of RCC sharing the contest from Cow97 on their FB page. After many back and forth's with RCC, I have still not received anything, I was told Cow97 fulfilled their end of the deal and I have sold my house. I would never do business with them... read more

We had multiple windows installed by Right Choice Construction. The installers were wonderful! Worked long hours to get the project done. The windows look amazing! We are very pleased! Will definitely have them back for our future projects! Thank you Right Choice!
