I’ve worked with Nikhil and team on a few shared referrals. They’re responsive and good with complex care situations. I’ve seen them handle higher-acuity cases thoughtfully, and from what I've researched, they seem to be East Bay’s only Parkinson’s Foundation Community Partner. Communication with families is steady. Solid team to work within the Tri-Valley and Diablo/Walnut Creek area.
I’ve had a great experience with Right at Home. The owner, Nikhil, is a really good guy who actually has integrity and empathy. It’s hard to find people you can trust like that, but he makes you feel like your family is genuinely cared for. Definitely worth reaching out to them.
Right at Home is a very caring homecare company. My mother-in-law Garnet's caregiver Anika is a delight. Garnet feels like she is a daughter to her. Anika pays attention to detail as Garnet does not see well. She wrote all of the birthdays on a calendar in large print so that she could see them
