Completely unreliable cancel every other day
I recently contacted Right at Home for a friend who was being discharged from rehab, after a previous hospital stay. My friend needed some support for the first week when he arrived back at his Senior Independent Living Apartment. Jon and his team are responsive to client needs, have well-trained caregivers, and are attentive and supportive. He spent an hour with me and my family before arranging an appropriate caregiver. While we did need to change caregivers (in terms of fit) after a few months, they were quick to arrange an alternate plan. I feel that they are a trustworthy and responsible company, and care deeply about the needs of older individuals.
I just want to say that Right at Home was very helpful, very accommodating, and very easy to work with. They helped me out when I had cataract surgery in my time of need. Thank you.
I have recommended Right at Home to all who asked who we used for home health care for our mother. The quality of care she received was commendable. The staff was professional, caring, communicative and experienced. Management was responsive and compassionate and the patient portal was a real plus. I can't speak highly enough of the experience we had with this company!
