Please do not use this company ..this is the 2nd time they have neglected to send someone out to care for my mom even though they still get paid on the days no one comes out .. for some reason that company isn’t aware no one came out unless we tell them …they don’t do much to accommodate the fact that no one came out ..the only reason we have stayed with this company is because of her regular caregiver ms.Tiffany but If she isn’t able to work they do a poor job of communicating to the staff that someone else needs to come ou... read more
Mercy is punctual and very attentive to our needs. When she finishes one task she asks what else she could help us with. She changes the sheets, gives him a sponge bath, and helps get him out of bed into a wheelchair. We are very pleased with her care.
Shannon provided excellent service for my wife allowing me to do things I needed to do. Would recommend Shannon to anyone in need of help. Shannon is very professional and experienced.
