Right at Home Orlando has always sent someone who works well with my Aunt, she is in her 80’s and has really bad dementia. The ladies interact well with my Aunt and sometimes do more with her than some of our own family. They are always on time and keeps her active throughout the day. Right at Home is the most important thing to me because without them I can't survive. Usually, I can call the office if I have a problem and they will send a caring and compassionate caregiver who understands my situation.
The Caregiver takes care of my husband which is the most important thing. She also helps me change the bed, drives us to run errands and always does what we ask. My Husband can be stubborn but the Caregiver knows how to handle him very well, even better than me. He loves her!
My mother's caregivers have done everything that I have asked them to, which is to care for my mother's health and provide home services for her. They talk to her and show interest in what she wants to talk about. They care and are ready to help with whatever services she needs.
I am satisfied with Right at Home Orlando. I have fun with my caregivers. My caregivers seem to be very well-rounded in their job. They're good drivers as well.
