Right at Home Orlando is the best home care provider we have ever used. Their caring attitude and level of concern for my needs were great, they provided comfort and reassurance and the caregiver always had a calm attitude. They are always providing consistent care for me and respond to every one of my needs. Their office is prompt and attentive and we recommend Right at Home to everyone we know who needs senior care!.
Right at Home has always been there to help me and my husband with our home care needs. They are always quick to respond, are compassionate and patient. When we were looking for a company to help with Parkinson’s we found Right at Home to help us with bathing, food preparation and with our laundry. Their caregivers go above and beyond for us.
We ended up choosing Right at Home Orlando to help with my mom’s in home care after they were recommend to us from Kindred Home Health. They provided the services we were looking for at a good price. My social worker had referred me to Right at Home for some of my home care needs. I must say, Right at Home is punctual, hardworking and really nice. They have helped me a lot and their team always introduces me to the Caregivers. Its been an excellent company to work with and they always call me to make sure I am okay, because if I fell, I would be in a lot of trouble. Their team understand my needs and everyone they send have been really sweet and caring.
Right at Home has always provided me with good, quality in home care. When the caregiver came, she was on time and did what she was asked to do for me. She was eager and ready to do her job every time. I would absolutely recommend Right at Home to a friend if they needed in home services.
We decided to work with Right at Home because the owner came out, met with me and my husband and informed us of all the different options. The Caregiver from Right at Home Orlando knows exactly what to do and goes ahead and does it when she arrives. She is prompt and will do anything that I ask of her. For my wife, they wash her, get her up, and get her dressed which is a big help since I can’t do it on my own. They help make the beds, sweep, and wash the floors. We have used Right at Home for a few years now and I appreciate how the caregivers take very good care of my husband, they always comes prepared. When I go out I feel safe leaving him with the caregiver and know he will be taken care of. Right at Home is very good about who they send, they are very attentive to all our requests. This helps me relax and do the things I need to do. Our Caregiver is helpful in any way possible, she will clean the kitchen and change his diapers and clean up his area, all while making him laugh.
Right at Home Orlando does a good job matching the people with the person they're trying to serve. She takes me shopping, to appointments, and does little things around the house. She makes sure I take my medication.
