I love working with the company more so for the clients I have the pleasure of meeting and helping! Most rewarding "job", very flexible hours with a friendly staff.
As an employee I have seen that Right at Home strives to provide excellent care. They do surveys each month of a sampling of staff and clients to see if there are any areas that need improvement so they can strive for excellence. Each client has a care plan designed just to fit their needs. All employees I have met truly care for each client and want to do all they can to help improve the clients quality of life.
I have worked for Right at Home for over 2 years, they are a great company to work for and I would recommend them to anyone.
Right At Home is exactly what the name emplies. We give your loved ones the care and compassion they deserve and that you expect. Their dignity and respect as well as their care is is uppermost in the care we provide. I treat them the way I would like to be cared for or the way I would wish for my loved ones.
I just recently started working with right at home and so far I love it, the clients and the company! The staff members are friendly and caring and all the management seems to care very much about the clients and staff members! I would recommend this company for anyone that is looking for good quality care for friends and/or family members.
I have been working with Right At Home for almost 5 months and the compassion the office has to help others is awesome! They are always willing to work with the caregivers. I would recommend any family to having their loved ones cared from the employees of Right At Home.
This is a wonderful place to work. They really care about their clients and employees. So far this has been a pleasurable experience being employed from them. They are very understanding and communicate with you very well.
I have been employed by Right At Home as a caregiver for about a year now. They are truly a Great Bunch of People to work for. I have told numerous people about my employers and would recommend them and have many times to anybody who is interested in this type of service , whether it be for our service or employment they are for sure a very compassionate and caring company.
