I’ve been with Right at Home for over a year now and they are great pairing us with the right clients. And the shifts we need it’s an amazing company to work for.
4 stars for the care provided, 1 star for customer service, 2.5 stars overall. Two issues brought the rating down: 1. Lack of caregiver preparation. The caregivers were not informed about my mother's condition or needs prior to arrival. 2. A billing dispute handled poorly from start to finish. I paid in full before services began. When a small amount of additional time was used, I expected a balance invoice. Instead, I received a bill for the full original amount plus the extra time, as if my prior payment never happened.
