We purchased several appliances from the store, including our refrigerator that stopped running last week. When I called on Thursday for service I was told I would have to wait until Monday sometime between 10 and 2. At 11:00 we received a call stating the repair person was out sick and wanted to reschedule for Wednesday. Are you kidding- do you have only one repair person? No offer was made to help us sooner. A special thank you to Zema's Appliance Service for fitting us in on the same day we called.
No good bought a used fridge in end of September well shit the bed called them they declined to help me told me $65 for a service call to see what's wrong hell no I only had it 3 months
Awesome can't wait to get my washer and dryer on Wednesday. Love this place. Thanks guys.
