we bought a dryer and waited a month while it was paid in full. had to keep calling to follow up on our order because the salesman won't and didn't call when he said he would. we had asked to have the dryer door moved to open on the left side and the salesman said he would handle it. when the dryer showed up it wasn't done. they held our money for over a month and then didn't hold up the simplest of agreed to terms. love doing business locally, but it makes it hard to do when you feel as you've been taken advantage of.
My friend attempted to use them for service. They never fixed the problem and still charged him over $200!
Recommended🙌🏻 It’s only by the grace of God, that we did not kill our refrigerator, and, for now, our first-world saga is over!!! Thanks to Riester’s Appliances of Canandaigua and the repairman, Jason, who, after taking one look at the 2007 refrigerator, suggested that we...🙄 defrost it. We did and it’s WORKING!!! We’re so grateful for all the extras Jason did for us while he was here, and so very glad to have our refrigerator BACK!!!
I have a 20 year old gas dryer that I love. Jason was my service technician, and I had a tight timeframe the day of my service call. He showed up early and did more than I had asked for, and my laundry room is cleaner than it has been in 20 years! He was delightful, knowlegeable, and an excellent representative for Riester's.
I had a problem with the icemaker on my refrigerator. I made a appointment and they gave me a time frame. Jason showed up within the time frame. Gave me a call when he was on his way. Jason came in and discovered the problem right away. He ordered the part, which came in much sooner than he said. Jason came back and installed the new part. Jason is very professional and knowledgeable and now my icemaker is working again. Thank you for a job well done.
