Said they would deliver my parents stove on a specific day but they never showed up! Said my parents didn’t call and say we are home bring it!! They have ruined Christmas for my parents and Now won’t come until after the weekend!! 🤬👎👎👎
Service Manager Mikey screwed up three service appointments in a row and the only thing he would say is that “we need to move forward”. That was after I had to call to find out why a tech didn’t show up last Friday. While I don’t know for certain, I suspect the tech did not have me on his schedule thanks to the “Service Manager”. It’s a shame as we have bought appliances from them for years - in large part because we want and expect good service.
Had a terrible, unsatisfying Service experience with this company. Very disappointing that a long time local company would do a bait & switch on the job, provide a unprofessional service person and not finish the job as quoted. And I paid for the work and after asking never received a receipt for the work- parts & labor - I paid for. Not impressed - I suggest looking elsewhere. The absolute worst customer service.
got a brand new refrigerator off of them. It lasted 7 years. I went to them on a Saturday, I was told they can't help me. So I called on Monday to try and get a person to come look at my refrigerator. I called twice and couldn't get anyone to call me back or help me.
Called to get a part for my dryer - Brent found out it was a covered Warranty issue and sent a service tech to look at my dryer - Jason did an excellent job - called before he arrived, fixed the unit- called to update me on the repair. Very professional - excellent !
Went in looking for a part, salesperson was rude and not interested in helping
