I am extraordinarily disappointed in the choice that you made concerning Grn Mnstr. Mo Sanders has been skating longer than I’ve been alive and he brought his breadth of knowledge to the table in the creation of his products. Antiks were the first skates created by a derby player, for derby. The constant innovation and ability to recognize when a product didn’t work quite right is a hallmark of Mo and the brand. I have had a pair of Arius Platinum plates for a year now and I'm on my 4th pair of cushions and third set of "axis pin retainer sleeves". In one year I've spent over $120 in maintenance! When the axis retainer sleeves wear out they allow the truck to move back and forth in a very strange way. I love them when they're good but they dont stay that way for long!
Will not support a company with business practices like yours. And will be replacing my Solaris boots asap.
Your decision to push Quadzilla from a company he built for derby players was a foolish one. The derby community is strong one and as company you have just alienated it by your actions. Many people with in the community will now be boycotting Riedell products. Well done for disappointing your fastest growing demographic. #iskatewithmo #quadzilla
Skated in my 495s (with custom sized boots for two different sized feet) for 5 years and adored them. Just got the new Solaris boot and practically no break-in time. Love it.
