Exceptional service and product. I’ve spent many hours tying up their phone lines to design custom skates, and they’ve been nothing but courteous and kind. Not to mention I still repair and restore their skates from 30-50 years ago with no trouble. No other skates have left such a lasting impact on the world. When you buy riedell skates you buy quality.
Dumping mo “quadzilla” sanders from the brands he made famous was a huge mistake. Add me to the massive list of skaters that are dumping riedell because of it.
My first derby skates were Riedell‘s. Super disappointed in the absorption GRN MNSTR! Quadzilla represented everything we believe in . Roller Derby is a grass roots community, and what you have done is against everything we stand (skate) for. Never will I buy or recommend Riedell again!
What’s happening on this page regarding an ex employee is a bunch of borrowed offense from people who never actually had anything specific happen to them. I love my Riedell skates and have had amazing experiences with their reps, including Quadzilla. Sorry to hear you had to lay off one of your employees.
