I have had them deliver to my home 3 times recently. Excellent professional delivery people. I set up a time for delivery with the friendly office staff. They called me on the day of delivery and said they would be at my home in 10 minutes. The best delivery service we have hired.

Dishonest delivery company. We purchased very expensive furniture. With each delivery Ridol damaged a piece of furniture. When they delivered our bed, it came perfect. The guys broke one side of the frame after trying to put together the center support then concealed the damage otherwise they would have to disassemble take back and explained. Terrible company with Incompetent delivery people who speak very little English and misunderstand what you say to them The two who came here actually thought that the Phase "White Glove Delivery" was a racial slur! They won't even listen to an explanation from the customer. Stay far away from this so-called company. They are very bad news. I would give less than one star if that were possible. Ten negative stars would be more appropriate. I have never encountered a company worse than this one.

This company is unprofessional and the people are untrained. They do not call ahead if they will be early or late. They will not inform you that all furniture would have to be moved by you ahead of time, leaving you in a position where you do not have people ready to assist. They do not inform you that they will leave the furniture outside if they feel that the unit might not fit in the doorway. They are rude. I would never want their people in my house again.
