Stunning apartments with tons of character Wonderfully maintained apartments with vaulted ceilings and tons of windows!!! Building is over 100 years old, as can be expected in Ridley Park. Worst Lease Ever Rent can only be paid by check or money order which makes it more expensive for some. Annual rent increases are enormous and double if you go month to month so when you decide to move out make sure it is exactly when your lease expires. Rent increase also means you have to add to your security deposit. Even if you move in half way through the month you pay the full month plus the same in security deposit. Horrible management Don’t rent from these money hungry people. They don’t help you at all. Bugs and rats in the apartment. Always issues with the washer or dryer.. oh and sometimes you won’t even have water at all. Hope you don’t mind going to work without showering for two days.
Rats and insects, Managment bad, never get things done, forget about your security deposit you will never get it back. rats all over, worms , and other rare insects in old building. maintenance team is a joke. stay away
My New Life Separated from my husband a year ago after 41 yrs together. Never living on my own before... looking to start a new life on my own that is affordable. I have a few "must haves" in my choice of where to live. This apt. complex fills most of the "must haves" & is in a good location for me.
Quiet If you like peace and quiet, this is where you want to be. On the North side of Elyria close to Lorain County Community College. Surrounded with trees and residential areas, but still close to highway. Rent is super reasonable also. Only downside is that pets are not allowed.
Sherwood Forest apartments I have lived at Sherwood Forest for 2 years and leaving because my boyfriend and I would like to adopt a cat and they do not allow animals, so that's pretty much the only downfall. Other then that it's in a quiet area. Some of the maintance guys were not the friendliest but always showed up when there was a problem and fixed the problem within the same day of calling. The apartments are pretty spacey for the price and a good size.Overall I would recommend Sherwood Forest to anyone!
Great apartment This is the best apartment I have ever been in, it is 2 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath with hook up for washer and dryer. Very nice size rooms the master bedroom is 15X12 with walk in closet the kitchen has plenty of cabinets with a trash disposal and comes with your private fenced in back yard for entertaining . Great location with lots of nice restaurants and stores close by 20 minutes from down town Cleveland so you can catch the Indians , browns , cavs or just go for the day and see the rock-n-roll hall of fame ,... read more
