A can of paint can go a long way! These even cheap apt. are like a time Capsule from the 50’s and 60’s unless you love green toilet's, white walls, and any other place your grandparents had. 0 amenities. I’ve seen subsidized housing and projects that are nicer than these apartments!! Seriously….
Disappointed I wouldn’t recommend living in the apartment buildings. Almost everything is very outdated and needs fixing. Often seems like one problem after the other or you just have to live with the inconveniences. The windows need replaced as they aren’t sealed properly anymore often freezing over it’s cold or even leaking with big rainstorms. Outside doors need to be replaced as the keys don’t work often and you have to try multiple times to get it to open. Another note your outside key works for all apartment buildings ... read more
One of the best! I absolutely loved our apartment! This place has so much character with plenty of room! Everyone here is so nice (like a little community within the community)Plus you have all the little stores right behind the building in walking distance. It's perfect and the train station is not even a block up the street. It's the best location! It's definitely a place to call home.
Loved living here It's a quiet, decent neighborhood. There's plenty of parking available. It's very affordable. No problems with the washing machines and dryers on site. I've recommended this place to anyone looking for an affordable place. There's just about everything you need in walking distance and a close bus stop. Local community college is great.
Application Process is a Joke Impossible to move here if you don't already live in the area. If you want to move here from out of state good luck. You need 6 months of pay stubs at a current job. So if your moving here for work there is no compromise with this place. They expect you to live in a hotel or the streets for 6 months, then you can apply. Atrocious management.
Great property Managers are very active and always ready to help fix anything that needs fixing. Quiet and plenty of children for mine to play with too. Affordable & for the most part up-to-date on the inside. Rooms are spacious! The school the kids go to k-8 is Northwood. Also, good school. Highway is close & most fast food is close as well. My children and I are comfortable here & feel safe.
We loved our apartment We lived in Ridley Manor for almost 15 months and we ABSOLUTELY loved it. Grounds were always kept, they allow pets which is far and few between in the area, and management was accommodating and polite. Our apartment was positioned where we had natural light all day with the huge windows in the living room and dining area. Neighbors were so nice and helpful. We were sad to leave, but certainly greatful for our time there.
I will miss living here My apartment was newly renovated and had plenty of natural light. Management was always quick with responses. I never saw a single sign of an insect or rodent (thank god!). Friendly neighbors with cute pets! Most tenants I spoke to have been living there for 5+ years, which speaks to how well kept the spaces are! Quiet neighborhood, with great access to the highways. Stunning apartments with tons of character Wonderfully maintained apartments with vaulted ceilings and tons of windows!!! Building is over 100 years old, as can be expected in Ridley Park. But the kitchen and bathroom have been beautifully updated to look modern and super clean yet still maintain the character. There is a gorgeous courtyard and I was able to bring my dog!!
