Bad service please make sure yall don’t come over here i promise you we been here for like 3 months and things in the apartment starts to break and it’s not even a year , and we be calling them to fix our sink our bathroom that’s leaking are toilets seat that’s broken and nobody shows up to come fix it we pay rent but they won’t help us fix it automatically they just leave us in the dust and act like they did fix it

I’ve lived at Ridgewood Preserve for some years now and it has potential, but the maintenance issues make it hard to fully enjoy living here. Plumbing problems seem to pop up regularly, and recently I went 3 days without proper A/C , even after submitting multiple work orders. The nights were brutal! The apartments themselves have a nice layout and the location is convenient, but the lack of urgency makes it very frustrating!!
