Lost 200$ on a lie Names Jeremiah On 12/9/2024 - I was looking at a apartment here and they said that someone was currently looking at it and said that I can put the deposit down as a place holder so no one would take it and there was 2 options a 200$ non refundable or 400$ refundable I asked if I did the 200$ non refundable, would it be refunded if I back out before i signed a lease, she said yes that it would be refunded since I didn't actually move in and the non refundable was referring to the move-out, so I found anot... read more

Terrible apartment complex. Ridiculously bad experience to be overpriced over charged! They are very shady about add ons, non refundable deposits, ect! Management fluctuates and they blame that on miscommunication in regard to charges and contracts. I truly like the women in the office. That being said I DO NOT RECOMMEND this complex for anyone that doesn’t want their credit shot or their cars that are registered with the apt to be towed due to negligence of the complex.
