I hired Chris to replace my main sewer line, which was backfalling towards my house, causing sewage to back up into my basement bathroom. I had no clue why there was a pond forming over it and called Gwinnett County and they informed me that rectangular lid was my water meter and it was on my side. This started a scramble to find a plumber. I called a few places and even got someone over here yesterday to give me a quote which was nearly 3x the quote from this company, and the other company's guy tried to tell me I had copper pipe. beat ESTES and other competitors quote by a large margin and replaced our water line in a only a few hours. Experienced and knowledgeable. Excellent!
Beware. Nice folks but they don't know what they are doing. I had to call a different plumbing company to fix a hot water heater that they installed. The Ridgeway tech apparently had botched the installation using a non-grade intake valve on the heater and a way too long air intake pipe. The Ridgeway tech came back four times to try to fix it.
