Great Service - even during the holidays While everyone else was having fun, Alan and Mike were replacing the polybutylene pipes in our home and yard. They worked hard to fix the leaking plumbing - working all day (in the heat) and late into the night. Because of this, my family did not have to go without water. We have already recommended Ridgeway to our family and our friends, but we wanted to share this with others as well. They were on time, reasonably priced, and very professional.
I hired this company to replace a sewer ejection pump and the pipe connecting to the city sewer. They gave me 5 year warranty on their work. After 2 years it stopped working. They are looking all the excuses they can not to honor their warranty. The way they responded my call is just yelling, their technician they sent to look at the situation is the most unprofessional person I had to deal with. Stay away from this company. It is a disgrace for the plumbing profession what these guys are standing for.

The work was done correctly. The problem is that the can was so full of grease that it burned-out the pump which only carries a 1 year factory warranty. Then he told the secretary to f off. Call was recorded. Never heard a man curse at a woman like that in 40 years. We also have pictures of the can totally full of grease that caused the mechanical failure of the pump. The warranty was on the work not a mechanical device
I hired Chris to replace my main sewer line, which was backfalling towards my house, causing sewage to back up into my basement bathroom. You could also see standing water in my main line even when there was no sewage backed up. Chris brought along Vince, & they completed the job on 7/7. RecommendedWe sprung a water meter leak. I had no clue why there was a pond forming over it and called Gwinnett County and they informed me that rectangular lid was my water meter and it was on my side. This started a scramble to find a plumber. I called a few places and even got someone over here yesterday to give me a quote which was nearly 3x the quote from this company, and the other company's guy tried to tell me I had copper pipe.
