I went to Physical Therapy to work on my diastasis Recti which was causing me hernia pain. I started with a 5 finger gap and left with a 3 finger gap. I've continued to work on my exercises they've given me and I'm now down to a one finger gap (which is considered normal, and everyone has one finger gap.) I didn't think it was possible to ever close this gap as I've been told only surgery can correct it. We wanted to thank Sara Fish, Lyndsay, Robin, and Katie for taking such good care of our daughter in the ER. They were so knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and compassionate during a stressful few days for our family. They made our entire stay comfortable, and we will never forget their kindness.
