Outstanding facility. Personnel are excellent, very attentive, and the dr's actually talk to you in laymans terms.
A trip to the this ER.... NEVER AGAIN. I was left uninformed the entire time about what happened only to be told we were being transferred. 5 minutes after being told we were being transferred 4 staff members came in to hold my daughter down while putting in an IV instead of letting me calm her down or giving her something to calm her down. My daughter will be forever traumatized by the care she received while here. NO COMPASSION!!! Worst experience ever!
