Nice guy, bought new instead
This was the best car-buying experience ever. Did most negotiating via text, and was so appreciative of Tom’s preparedness. He had all the paperwork ready to go and we were in and out in under an hour. That was extremely helpful since we were coming from far away. I will recommend cargurus and Tom to everyone.

As far as the purchase went it was very quick and very easy however a checked engine light 2 days after purchase and the fact that it needs all new tires already only had it 5 days now. 20k for the vehicle and they send it with bad tires and a reset check engine light seemed like good people but the more you go with them the worse it gets. Horrible customer service/people skills.
Mike got back to me right away. Was extremely helpful through the whole process! Even met me half way to drop off the car! I would definitely recommend this dealer and I would buy from them again. My car search lasted 1 month and I feel like i got a great deal. Thanks again for everything Mike!
