Been here for 2 years now, the new owner (Dave) and manager (Kaitlin) here at Ridgeview Heights have been very nice and accommodating, especially for people like me with some special circumstances. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests and get the job done.
DO NOT RENT HERE. They will keep your security deposit and not even tell you why. Small claims court is needed
I lived here for 2 years, always on time with my rent and never caused any problems. After moving out, I contacted the property manager 3-4 times about my security deposit which I hadn’t received back and never got any information. 45 days went by, still had not received any information. Contacted again and was told they are now keeping my entire deposit to replace the carpet, which was already needing to be replaced when I moved in, 2 years ago.
