I lived here for 2 years, always on time with my rent and never caused any problems. After moving out, I contacted the property manager 3-4 times about my security deposit which I hadn’t received back and never got any information. 45 days went by, still had not received any information. Contacted again and was told they are now keeping my entire deposit to replace the carpet, which was already needing to be replaced when I moved in, 2 years ago.

The property manager that is there now (Joy)loves to steal money and deposits. Apartments are far from worth it. save yourselves
