Ive been living at ridgeview for 2 years. I will be transferring to a different property soon for personal reasons, but I will miss this complex a lot. It is wonderful. Several of the negative reviews I have seen on here are from tenants who, honestly, incite constant issues / drama with the property like it’s their full time job. Lived here for a year because the apartment was horrible. For everyone saying this apartment is great, theyre lying! They make these prize incentives to place a review. The parking here is the worst parking I’ve seen in an apartment. Their water lines are connected to all apartments and are repeatedly having to be turned off for ALL apartments to fix a buildings water problem for a whole day. I highly recommend to stay away since parking is very very limited. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.
I love Ridgeview!!! This is my first apartment out of college and I couldn't have asked for a better place! Crystal at the front office was more than helpful. She helped my roommates and I figure out all of the logistics and made the whole application process super easy and stress free. We've lived here for about 3 months now and it's been so great! I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone!
I moved in recently and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! Crystal in the front office was so helpful during the application process since this was my first apartment post-grad. She walked us through the whole process and was so accommodating and easy to reach with any questions I had. The maintenance team has been great about fixing anything we’ve had issues with and the apartment is perfect for me and my roommates. Super positive so far and a great location!
