Mohamad has responded to a few of our maintenance requests and is always polite and gets the job done in a timely manner! I put in a work order for a leaking toilet and Mohamad responded promptly. He fixed it and explained the work to me, but wanted to ensure it was no longer leaking before marking it completed. He said he would return in 30 minutes to check on the toilet, and sure enough, he came back right on time and there were no more leaks. We're always very grateful for the team here at Ridgestone!
The technician Marco who arrived at my apartment was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in detail the work he was performing and made sure to ask for my input throughout the process. I really appreciated his thoroughness and communication. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
We had an issue with our sink clogging and flooding on both sides. I stopped by the office just as it was about to close, and a maintenance team member (Marco) was swiftly sent up to our unit. He resolved the issue in under 5 minutes. Thank you Ridgestone and specifically thank you Marco for the quick and effective response.
