I wanted to give a special thanks to Jose for addressing the issue I recently experienced with the water heater that broke down. Jose dillengently handled this. He handles this whole complex. Thank you so much.
The refrigerator had a part replacement and needed a slight adjustment maintenance was able to get the unit back into perfect running order again thanks very much!
All the staff here was very helpful and professional making everything extremely easy for me. Highly reccomend!
Very quiet neighborhood was very pleasant for two years with my wife and 3 small kids. For me the only main complaints are lack of property cleaning ( trash areas, walking paths or grass of dog poops ) and lack of security. All could be fixed with cameras and residents penalties for not picking up after their pets.
