Sucks this place is horrible when it comes to structure and construction. Parking is rediculous. Rude neighbors. Pluming is rediculous. The floors were not what we were told. Cheap flooring

Well maintained apartments and in a GREAT location in Hixson!
We’ve lived here for 9 months now. Everything has been completely fine up until about 3 months ago. The pest control stopped coming regularly and now we have had bugs. Addressed this issue once and they came back again. Haven’t seen anything YET. Than was told when we have paid our rent ON TIME every single month, that our check was returned and we are going to have to pay almost $200 MORE than our rent.
