I booked a tour for a rental listed on their website, and I received text messages from an AI chat bot that said I will be contacted to confirm the tour. Days later that never happened, which I find is very unprofessional. Also when I asked for a phone number to contact a realtor, the AI bot gave me the building address…
This place does not operate like a proper real estate office at all. They don’t answer the phone, and the ones who do have no idea what’s going on. I would never work with them for a rental. Damn it, because of them I even missed out on better rental apartments. If I owned a property, I would never trust them with it. Staying away from this place is the best choice.
