Urban Park Towers If you are desperate for affordable housing, older or disabled and have limited income, The Towers would be a good temporary place till you get better housing. It is subsidized by HUD, so it is based on 30 percent of your income.They go a thorough background check, although people slip in there or have friends in there that deal drugs, hard drugs like heroin and crack.There is also prostitution where prostitutes roam the building for tricks. I love Margaret Robertson Margaret Robertson has been home to 2 of my closest friends for years on end, even before I met them. But since I was blessed with their friendship, I have been able to call Margaret Robertson my home away from home. The complex is very lenient with its tenants, and understanding of life situations. From Homeless to Apartment This is a little of my testimony, I had been homeless for many years, living on the streets or in homeless shelters. But I realized that God did not intend for me to live this way even though He was homeless, so I put in an application at Chippington Towers. And because of God's grace and mercy I was accepted.
