I love my apartment I think my apartment is fantastic. I have LVT flooring all the way through..nice appliances and pest control comes regularly. They took out the coin operated washers and dryers and replaced those with free ones so it doesn't cost you to do laundry. I love it here and don't understand why everyone has given such poor reviews. It's apartment living..
Horrible This property is filled with drug addicts and physically dangerous people. It piles huge heaps of garbage on the street behind the building instead of disposing it properly. Dumpsters are never closed so that garbage flies all over the neighborhood. Terrible neighbors, terrible management.

This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt to be safe for your health and safety! The place needs to be torn down and redone, my floors are falling through and they put plywood on them over 3yrs ago and still not fixed. The windows need to be redone to be up to codes. The place is eat up with mold and mildew and everytime it is cleaned off the corners of my kids bedroom walls and ceiling it comes back we stay sick with upper respiratory infections they have been notified about all of this many of times and nothing gets fix... read more
Mice! I currently live in Ridgebrook apartments. I am a clean person and do not do much cluttering in my apartment. However, we have found 5 mice in a week Two still currently alive and the other three where poisoned because I put down poison. This is a problem! All other apartments around us have complained about mice too!
Worst place i ever lived. Avoid at all cost. The design is bad, you can hear every move the neighbors make above and beside you. They wont hardly ever fix anything, they come in without you knowing, even if it just to replace your good hvac filter you Just put in and replace it with a 50 cent crap one. And they constantly try to replace you after a year. This is a glorified jail house system and its filled with roaches thanks to a few. Do yoyrself a favor and go somewhere else. D not move here The elevators are always on the fritz, the drama going on among residents is never ending, the cleanliness of this place leaves something to be desired. The apartments have no carpet so everything echoes into the hall way. There is 0 kind of privacy here. The staff in the office will put on a friendly face but once you call them out on the lies they push they'll turn quite quickly. This is not a good place.
Do not recommend! This place is going to the gutter fast! I've lived here since June 2017 until September 2019 and have had loads of problems. I lived here in a two bedroom apartment, and while the apartment itself was fine, I've had countless problems! The neighbors are rude and often I had strangers try to open my door at all hours of the night! They would juggle the handle, and when it didn't open they would bang on the door. Safe and secure You are very safe there the staff is very friendly and treat you like family neighbors are very friendly and you just feel like you belong there it’s been remodeled and it’s just beautiful
