Horrible Absolutely horrible I moved into Ridgebrook out of desperation cuz I truly had nowhere to go but honestly I would rather be homeless living in my car than living in Ridgebrook there's so much you have to deal with between the roaches and the Rats it's one problem after another if you're not dealing with leaking pipes loud Neighbors you're definitely dealing with the bug asphestation I'm a pretty clean and decent person and try to keep my house up to keep but it seems to be pointless at this point I'm constantly figh... read more
This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt to be safe for your health and safety! The place needs to be torn down and redone, my floors are falling through and they put plywood on them over 3yrs ago and still not fixed. The windows need to be redone to be up to codes. The place is eat up with mold and mildew and everytime it is cleaned off the corners of my kids bedroom walls and ceiling it comes back we stay sick with upper respiratory infections they have been notified about all of this many of times and nothing gets fix... read more
Mice! I currently live in Ridgebrook apartments. I am a clean person and do not do much cluttering in my apartment. However, we have found 5 mice in a week Two still currently alive and the other three where poisoned because I put down poison. This is a problem! All other apartments around us have complained about mice too!
This place is not got kids. There are shootings and my boyfriend watched his best friend Get shot in the neck and carried Him to paramedics. They are always selling Drugs and the office doesn't care at all. It's best to stay to your self. I live there and my kids have been removed by Dcs due to gang life and violence out there.my 3 year old has bad dreams and covers his ears whenever he hears loud noises. It does need to be burned down.
Rat Hole – This place is a real rat hole that needs to be burned down. A bunch of trashy lowlifes live there shootings often and it seems that the management doesnt care about their residents how can you collect rent if one is dead out of 10 i give this minus one trillion
