This is taken two days apart. More than enough time to clean this up. This is a regular occurrence at the trash areas here. Between dealing with this, the paper thin walls, the below average insulation, and the shaking of every footstep below and above us..I do not recommend after another year here. Cannot wait to move out.

We have really enjoyed living at ridge 45, the office staff is great and the maintenance staff is on top of everything!!
We stayed here for one year, from 8/2021-11/2022, while we were building our house and we absolutely loved it. It was well taken care of and had great amenities, including a dog park for our guy. They crack down on obnoxious residents, and don’t get caught smoking on the premises, or not picking up your dog poo…you’ll get fined and/or booted- but that’s what helps keep the place in good order. I’d recommend.
Wonderful amenities! Dog park, hot tub/pool, gym! Make good friends. Love it here.
