High comparative hoa fees. Outdated HOA systems. We love our home and views so much. Other residents don't follow the dog rules so our yard always has dog poop in it.
We have lived in the ridge for almost 8 months and the HOA has been nothing but unresponsive, uncoordinated, uncooperative, and disappointing. We've had our water shut off without notice at least once every other month and tried to reach out to find out why since our water company (which we pay for directly) had no clue why or if any work was being done.
