The team at the ridge Carlton were very professional and consistent with tour and application process…I was surprised yet satisfied at the attention I was given to move forward with my moving process…I couldn’t be more happy because they made what is usually a stressful process a very easy one. This is my utility closet. I reported the poor condition after I moved in, and this is what it looks like after they “fixed” it.
The community at the Ridge Carlton is amazing and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. They help celebrate various holidays with different events, such as a cookout, giving candy out on Halloween, Christmas treats, etc. Whenever something goes wrong, the staff are usually able to maintenance the issue the same day if not the next day. Asiyah my office manager at the Ridge Carlton does a fantastic job making sure that any of my concerns are taken care of. Kiyhana also is very helpful. If I can just add one suggestion, please make paying the rent more convenient with more options.
I just recently moved out and it was very pleasant. The property manager is thee best. I definitely recommend.
