If you want a safe place to live, I don’t recommend moving here, my car was stolen from the parking lot over this past weekend and is yet to be recovered. Look elsewhere.
I have lived here for over 16 years and this place is going downhill. I have been accused breaking property i didn’t break . The staff here lie and I’m just really not happy here anymore. Very unprofessional
BE AWARE!!! Ridge Carlton Apartments were very nice apartments when I first moved in. I’ve witnessed a steep decline in value since I been here. The place is very dirty from the bottom floor to the top. Neighbors are leaving all type of trash in stairwells (safety hazard) and hallways. Instead of them taking their garbage bags to the dumpsters that are provided by management, they just put their bags in the stairwells or right outside of their apartment doors. The team at the ridge Carlton were very professional and consistent with tour and application process…I was surprised yet satisfied at the attention I was given to move forward with my moving process…I couldn’t be more happy because they made what is usually a stressful process a very easy one.
