I love my new apartment! The location and amenities are great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only bad thing I can say about living here is the traffic noise keeps me up at night.

I have been a resident at Perry Bend for only one month and I absolutely love it! Amenities are great, grounds are always kept looking lovely and maintenance is there in a heartbeat if anything goes wrong. My leasing agent, Meghan, was wonderful to work with during the moving process and is still a big help if I have any questions! Love my home!
Great staff, great maintanance guys. Love my apartment since day 1, the location its very convenience, close to stores and restaurants.
Been here for 3 weeks now and this place feels like home. With all the amenities, it truly feels like you are on vacation or at a hotel.

I just recently moved in and everything is great! The front office staff are great people and very easy to work with. The complex has tons of amenities and is very clean. I love the apartment I just moved into, Its a great place to call home.
