We really like it here! The washer and dryer being provided is what really sold me for renting these apartments. The management is nice the few times I’ve interacted with them and our work orders get done timely.

Overall, I have enjoyed living here thus far! The apartments are new and the complex is clean with friendly people. I feel like I have ample space for my furniture, myself, and a furry friend! Maintenance has been quick to respond when there are issues with my apartment, but those have been few. I enjoy the Easley area and this complex makes it easy to get into Greenville, Clemson, and quick access to tons of state parks and national forests!

I have lived here since the opening of this location and I have nothing bad to say. The management team is organized and tries their best to accommodate each resident. Chance, Danielle and Megan are awesome! It is a safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. The amenities are everything you would need. The only reason I would leave is if I bought a house!
We have lived here almost a year now and we love it! Great location, great amenities, and the staff is WONDERFUL! They go above and beyond to make this place feel like home. Highly recommend
The apartment is great. Love the location. Management is awful. Poor communication. Additional training for the management would do them justice. Would I recommend people living here? Based on the property absolutely. But off management, no.
Love the apartment, the convenient location, saltwater pool/grill area but especially love the southern hospitality and sense of community from the staff, so helpful and welcoming!
