Mark is terrific! Very patient & thorough. After analyzing my initial position, he made some 'tweaks' and some recommendations for me regarding shoes, pedals & bars. I went back for another visit & he spent more time making sure to get me a good 'fit.' For the first time in yrs, I've been able to ride in the drop bars & my lower back 'discomfort' drastically improved immediately. Thanks Mark for your time & expertise!
Mark is truly a master of his craft. I went to see him after a close friend suggested it. Upon meeting him and seeing how concerned he was to do his best to help me, I knew I made the right decision. He fitted me to my triathlon bike and even pointed out that the cockpit on my bike was under recall. After receiving the new cockpit I went back to get dialed in and try out another saddle.
