Really happy with the service from RD Black Car Service. The booking process was easy, the vehicle was well-maintained, and the driver was friendly and professional. I would definitely consider using them again.
My flight got delayed and I was stuck at the airport for three extra hours, but when I called RD to reschedule, they adjusted everything without any hassle or extra charges. That kind of customer service is rare these days and definitely sets them apart from other car services I've used.
My wife is the only driver between us, and she had to have an invasive screening, so we were without transportation. The driver took us to the medical facility, waited for the tests to be done, and was then immediately available for the ride home. Great service!
5 stars! Had a super early flight requiring 3:30am pickup. Was nervous to schedule Uber that early, so contacted Ride on demand. They were easy to book with and the driver was there 15 minutes early. Clean car. Smooth ride to the airport. I highly recommend!
