Jim is great, and really friendly guy! Highly recommend him as your go to person!! My husband and I bought 2 units. Paperwork went smoothly. However, we have been told different things with getting our title. It is needed for us to get tags for where we plan on riding. It has been 10 business days, still NO word on these titles. We shouldn't have to keep calling for answers to be told we will call you back, but no call backs from the company. Poor customer service.

Hope this store is better than the Hilliard store my buddy bought a brand new bike and they lost his license and when he called he talked to mark the manager and he said I don’t know what to tell you so my buddy asked if they could pull the cameras he said they don’t work not a good experience.
