Called to get a quote really wanted to buy can am maverick today left my number with a sales person never got back with me and didn’t seem like he wanted to sale anything
After spending 2 days in store we left thinking we had a deal and that we was going to be picking the bike up Monday morning and they sold it to someone else after we left. We already had bank approval for the loan and spent over 2 grand in accessories. Shady undercutting dealings and I will never shop here again.
Spent a lot of time there making a deal. We had a deal and even shook on it. They were supposed to be getting the bike ready to be picked up the next business day, but wait for me to get home to call me and claim they sold it to someone else. A hand shake with them means nothing. Don’t trust these people.
0 stars. Complete waste of time. Brought in our Brutus for yearly maintenance, had it weeks and did not finish the job. Go anywhere else.
Ride1 took me for a ride after 3 months they still couldn’t get through the 200 hour maintenance of my Polaris Brutus. Service manager said he needed more time... I finally picked up my machine and parts and I am taking it to another dealer. When I brought my Brutus home it still had grease rags in it and now has a rattle. We will see how much it cost to get that fixed. Highly recommend you find someplace else.
RecommendedGreat group of people at ride1 ~ Jim, the salesman helped us out and was patient with us as debated our purchase and test drove every side by side they had ~ even pulling the Can Am off the show room floor to test drive in the wet grass before deciding on her. Chad, the manager, worked with us on getting details together and delivery. Steve, the mechanic, is knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and set our minds at ease on the mechanics, break in period, warranty and maintenance schedules/needs of the ATVs/UTV. I just bought my first motorcycle. Great buying experience. Dealership is honest and fair. Jim Addy was our salesman and he was very friendly and easy to work with.
