Very poor customer service, all of the salesmen are stuck up and act better than the customer. Also they don’t seem to care about younger customers I’m guessing just assuming we don’t have money to spend. Went in with 20k in cash was ignored to the point I walked out and went and bought my machine elsewhere. I wouldn’t even make this review if it wasn’t for this situation happening over and over again everytime I go there. And I won’t even get started on the finance department. I purchased an ATV from there about a month ago. I went back in 4 days later asking to trade it in. They offered me half what i paid. It had only been rode once. I posted a bad google review . The sales manager then started calling me so i went in an hgad a conversation and told him it hadn't even been rode but once and i only put 12 miles on it. It had 8 miles on it at purchase. I’m sorry. I bought brand new x3 turbo rr From ride one in Springfield on Jun 7th About 5 weeks ago Second day I brought it back to the shop about weird loud noise. They didn’t find anything. Let's start from the beginning. Early in the month I contacted the parts department for a battery for my ATV. They confirmed they had a few in stock. Drove 35 minutes to pick up the battery. Not so! Parts department said they did not have any in stock. I asked, " Did you sell out today?" Answer... no sir. Sir, call us back on Friday. I called back Friday. Unlike any sales experience I've ever had. Other times I felt used and cheated but not this time. Cody knows his stuff and will be getting more business from me and anybody else I can send his way! Everybody at the shop had an easy going attitude and answered all 500 questions I had. Great selection of toys. Never felt pressured only helped me pick the perfect fit for me. Definitely recommend!!!!!
My wife and I recently both brought brand new Ninja’s from Ride 1 in the last few months and we couldn’t of asked for a better experience. We dealt with Reese both times and he went above and beyond to accompany us and make us feel comfortable with our new purchases. He technically didn’t get the sale for my wife’s bike but did all of the paperwork for us and made it all happen on his time in order to keep us happy and we couldn’t thank him enough. They don’t Advertise the correct prices they jack them up 2000 from the price they advertise for “destination fees and other fees” complete BS place do yourself a favor and pick another dealer
