I bought a new watch and needed some links removed from the band. I called Riddle's Shilo and they said they could do it for me. We took my watch in and they adjusted the watch band for me. I asked what I owed for the service and they said no charge! So I want to say thank you!

My husband and I went to get wedding bands. We were shown several options and got to try them on. My band was in stock so I got it immediately, and got it soldered to my engagement ring. There was a minor mixup with the placement, but they made it right (super quickly too!). I could not be happier with the service we got from the ladies at Riddles. We will absolutely be back for any future jewelry needs. Thank you guys so much!
