I went in to purchase a wedding band, and they had to resize it when I first bought it, which is to be expected. They offered to add rhodium plating to my engagement ring at the same time that they were going to resize the wedding band. It sounded like they were being nice and offering to go the extra mile, so I of course said yes. I asked them to specifically not resize my engagement ring and that I only wanted the rhodium plating, which she assured me would happen.
