PLEASE don't fall for all the hype about this diet. Before I went to see this doctor I was on a diet called the HCG diet where you lose up to 40 pounds in 30 days. The diet consists of consuming 500 calories a day plus some vitamins. I lost 30 pounds in the 30 days and was so hungry at times I felt like I was going to pass out. The cost of this diet was $10.
